1. Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to Metatap Pty Ltd.

1.2 “Customer” means any individual or business that purchases products or services from the Company.

1.3 “Products” refers to one-tap technology business cards and any associated digital marketing services provided by the Company.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By purchasing Products from the Company, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. If the Customer does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from purchasing.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All payments for Products must be made upfront via credit card over the phone.

3.2 The Customer must complete a Direct Debit Request form and sign a DocuSign agreement to authorize the creation of their Products.

 

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds are not permitted once the Products have been issued. The Customer acknowledges that the production of the one-tap technology business cards commences immediately upon acceptance of these terms and receipt of payment.

 

5. Digital Marketing Services (Not Supplied By Metatap Pty Ltd)

5.1 Metatap Pty Ltd is an innovative company specializing in advanced tap technology. The focus of its operations is on developing state-of-the-art tap solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency. To promote its products and reach a wider audience, Metatap collaborates with external digital marketing companies. These partners handle the digital marketing efforts, ensuring that any promotional activities, campaigns, and performance reports are managed outside the company’s internal resources. This approach allows Metatap to concentrate on its core competencies in tap technology while leveraging the expertise of specialists in digital marketing to effectively promote its products.

5.2 Payments for digital marketing services will be detailed in the service agreement and must be adhered to by the Customer.

 

6. Consumer Laws

6.1 The Company operates in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects consumers and sets out their rights regarding the sale of goods and services.

6.2 The Customer is entitled to certain guarantees under the ACL, including that the Products will be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose intended. However, these guarantees do not apply if the Customer has changed their mind after the Products have been issued.

 

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 The Company is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal information. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services as described in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of Products.

 

9.Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

 

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on the Company’s website.
